1. About Festriva

Festriva is a UK-based event vendor marketplace operated by Festriva Ltd. Our platform connects customers planning events with verified event professionals across the United Kingdom. By using Festriva you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Festriva you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be based in the United Kingdom
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@festriva.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Vendor terms

If you register as a vendor on Festriva, you agree to the following:

• All information provided during onboarding is accurate and up to date
• You are legally authorised to offer the services or products listed on your profile
• You will honour confirmed bookings unless you have a legitimate reason not to
• You will maintain a professional standard of service
• You will complete Stripe payment onboarding before receiving any payouts
• Founding vendors are locked at 0% commission for life — this cannot be changed
• Standard vendors are subject to the current platform commission rate set by Festriva
• We reserve the right to remove vendor profiles that do not meet our quality standards

5. Customer terms

If you use Festriva as a customer, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate event details when making a booking
• Deposits paid are non-refundable unless a vendor cancels the booking
• You will treat vendors with respect and professionalism
• You will only leave reviews for vendors you have genuinely booked through Festriva

6. Liability

Festriva is a marketplace that connects customers and vendors. We are not a party to any contract between customers and vendors and are not responsible for the performance, quality, or legality of services offered by vendors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festriva and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on the Festriva website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Festriva after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
